The UNLV Gaming Law Journal is now accepting submissions for Volume 16, to be published during the 2025–2026 academic year.

We welcome scholarly articles, essays, and commentaries exploring all aspects of gaming law, including but not limited to:
  • Tribal gaming and federal regulation
  • Online and mobile gambling
  • Sports betting and esports wagering
  • Skill-based gaming and sweepstakes
  • International and comparative gaming law
  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain in gaming
  • Responsible gambling and regulatory compliance
We are especially interested in timely, underexplored, or policy-relevant issues with practical or theoretical significance.

Submission Deadline:
We aim to finalize selections by early August 2025. Early submissions are strongly encouraged.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Preferred length: 4,000–25,000 words
  • Citations must conform to the 21st Edition of The Bluebook
  • Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format and include a CV or résumé
